- Anjali Byce has been appointed as the Group Chief Human Resource Officer of Suzlon Group, succeeding Rajendra Mehta.
- She previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Tata Motors and has held senior HR positions at Sterlite Technologies, SKF India, Thermax, and Cummins.
- Byce brings nearly 27 years of experience in various sectors, including manufacturing, automotive, and financial services, with expertise in areas such as organizational development and corporate social responsibility.
- She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Symbiosis, along with executive education from IMD Business School.
Anjali Byce has been appointed the Group Chief Human Resource Officer of Suzlon Group.
Byce will take over from Rajendra Mehta.
She most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Tata Motors, and prior to which she held the positions at Sterlite Technologies, SKF India, Thermax and Cummins among others. In these roles, she has led several areas of functional excellence, including sales, strategic human resources, industrial relations, organisational development, learning and development, corporate social responsibility, health, safety and environment, and administration.
Byce holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma with a major in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and who has completed executive education at IMD Business School, is an accomplished human resources leader with approximately 27 years of experience across the manufacturing, automotive, industrial, engineering, technology and financial services sectors.
