Mehak Rampal has joined L’Oréal to lead the Advocacy & Influence vertical.
She stepped down as Senior Director at Starcom last month after a nearly 3-year stint.
Rampal was earlier Senior Director at Mindshare and prior to that she was Associate Director at Interactive Avenues.
Rampal was also with Wavemaker as Associate Director for nearly three years.
In a LinkedIn Post, she wrote: "After a long and rewarding journey in agencies, it feels both surreal and special to move to the brand side with a company I’ve admired (and worked with) for many years. Grateful for the learnings, friendships, and experiences that have shaped my path so far, and looking forward to building new ones in this role."
