Senior media professional Navin Lalchandani has been promoted to Managing Partner - Investments (Starcom & Performics) at Publicis Media. In his previous role, he was VP of Media Buying at Starcom.
Before Publicis, Lalchandani had worked with Carat Media Services as Senior Director and Group M Maxus before that. He started his career as media executive with Madison Communications.
