- Rowena Bhagchandani has been appointed Chairperson and Chief Integration Officer of Havas Singapore while continuing her role as CEO and Co-Founder of BLKJ Havas.
- In her new position, she aims to integrate the network's capabilities across various sectors including creative, media, customer experience, health, and public relations.
- Bhagchandani co-founded BLKJ in 2017, leading the agency until it joined the Havas network in 2021, which provided her with insights into the network's extensive talent and expertise.
- Prior to BLKJ, she held senior roles at DDB Group Singapore, including Group Managing Director and Chief Client Officer, and served on the Council of the Institute of Advertising Singapore from 2014 to 2018.
Rowena Bhagchandani, CEO and Co-Founder of BLKJ Havas, has taken on an expanded role as Chairperson and Chief Integration Officer of Havas Singapore.
Bhagchandani will continue to lead BLKJ Havas as CEO and Co-Founder while taking on the broader Havas Singapore mandate.
In a LinkedIn post, she said the new role will focus on bringing together the network’s capabilities across creative, media, CX, health and PR to help clients access its wider expertise.
Bhagchandani co-founded BLKJ in 2017 and has led the agency since its inception. BLKJ joined the Havas network in 2021, after which she said she gained first-hand exposure to the breadth of talent and expertise across the network.
Before co-founding BLKJ, Bhagchandani was Group Managing Director at DDB Group Singapore and TracyLocke from 2013 to 2016. She previously served as Chief Client Officer at DDB Group and Brand & Business Director at DDB Singapore.
She also served on the Council of the Institute of Advertising Singapore from 2014 to 2018.
