Rasika Prashant has joined NSRCEL as the CEO. The news has been shared by Prashant in a LinkedIn update.
“I have joined NSRCEL IIM Bangalore’s entrepreneurship and incubation centre as CEO. For those who don’t know NSRCEL, it’s India’s most respected startup ecosystems, having supported hundreds of founders across sectors, stages, and geographies. A place where ideas get their first real shot.
I spent over a decade on the other side of this table building Soulfull from scratch with my co-founders, navigating the uncertainty, the fundraising, the pivots, the eventual acquisition by Tata Consumer Products. Every step of that journey, I leaned on people who believed before there was reason to.”
Prashant recently resigned from Tata Consumer Soulfull where she was the Chief Marketing Officer.
In the past, she has worked with Ogilvy & Mather.
