P&G Health appoints S Madhavan as Chairperson

P&G Health has announced the appointment of S Madhavan, an Independent Director of the company, as the new Chairperson. As per the company’s stock exchange filing, Madhavan's appointment will be effective on April 1, 2025.
The company informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting on February 12 approved the appointment of S. Madhavan, Independent Director of the Company as Chairperson of the Board effective April 1, 2025.
Suresh Talwar, Independent Director and Chairperson and Rani Ajit Jadhav, Independent Director of the Company, will retire from the Board on completion of their second tenure effective March 31, 2025.
“In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Suresh Talwar, Independent Director and Chairperson; and Mrs. Rani Ajit Jadhav, Independent Director of the Company, shall retire from the Board on completion of their second tenure effective March 31, 2025”, the filing stated.
