- Charlotte Lee, President of OMD APAC, emphasized that the new leadership will enhance OMD's ability to provide AI-enabled solutions for clients in a changing business landscape.
OMD China has announced leadership changes and has appointed Maggie Mu as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Additionally, the company has also announced the appointment of Laura Liang as COO to accelerate growth, sharpen strategic capabilities, and expand its AI-enabled client offerings.
The company shared the news of the annoucement through a LinkedIn post.
Maggie joins OMD with leadership experience across brand marketing, communications, commercial strategy, digital platforms, and business transformation, having worked at Amazon, Uber, JCDecaux, and Ogilvy.
On the other hand, Laura brings experience in brand strategy, client leadership, marketing technology, and organisational management. She previously held leadership roles at DDB Group China, McCann Worldgroup, Ogilvy APAC, TBWA, BBH, and Kantar.
