PHD's Sarah Nugent has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at UM UK.

The company said that the appointment marks a significant moment for UM as it steps into a new chapter with our Full Colour Media proposition, powered by Omnicom Media’s ecosystem of talent and technology.
Building on this momentum, Sarah will lead the next phase of growth, accelerating what’s ahead for our clients and teams while strengthening the outstanding leadership already in place.
Prior to this, Sarah was with PHD for close to 13 years in several leadership roles. She last held the role of Managing Director at the company.
Nugent is a commercially driven and people-first agency leader with over 20 years’ experience building, transforming and growing high performing media businesses.
