Movies Now appoints Mandar Natekar as National Ad Sales Head
Mandar Natekar has joined Times Television Network’s latest venture, Movies Now, as National Ad Sales Head. In his new role, Natekar will report to Ajay Trigunayat, Channel Head, Movies Now. His primary responsibilities include establishing the channel as a preferred platform for advertisers across the country.

Mandar Natekar has joined Times Television Network’s latest venture, Movies Now, as National Ad Sales Head. In his new role, Natekar will report to Ajay Trigunayat, Channel Head, Movies Now.
Prior to joining Movies Now, Natekar had worked with Reliance Big Entertainment’s new media venture, BigAdda, as Revenue Head and CMO, wherein he set up the entire team, operations and a unique revenue template for social networking monetisation.
Speaking on the appointment, Ajay Trigunayat said, “We are very pleased to have Mandar on board. He brings along a decade of TV and digital space experience, an ideal mix to develop a robust strategy and revenue pipeline for Movies Now.”
Natekar joins the network with over 10 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing and is looking forward to being a part of the Movies Now team and scripting a success story for the channel.
As National Ad Sales Head, Natekar will drive the new brand to the market and establish Movies Now as a preferred platform for advertisers across the country.
Prior to BigAdda, he had worked with Turner International for over five years, where he had last held the post of West and North Head for HBO Ad Sales. He had started his career with Bennett Coleman and Company Ltd in the Response team, post which he moved to SET, where he was part of the start-up ad sales team for Max.
