Lufthansa has expanded Chief Marketing Officer Olivier Krueger’s role, now overseeing Guest Experience & Marketing also. The news has been shared by Krueger in a LinkedIn post.
“I am excited to announce that I have taken on an expanded leadership role at Lufthansa, now overseeing Guest Experience & Marketing. This new mandate builds on my previous responsibilities as Group Chief Marketing Officer and brings together Customer Experience, Product, Lounges, Catering, and Marketing. This reflects the belief that exceptional travel experiences are created when every customer touchpoint is designed as one seamless journey.
 
The aviation industry continues to evolve, and customer expectations are changing rapidly. Creating differentiated, premium experiences while balancing operational excellence and commercial success presents both a challenge and an opportunity. I look forward to collaborating with talented colleagues across Lufthansa & Lufthansa Group to shape experiences that strengthen our brand and deliver lasting value for our guests,” he wrote in the post.
