Senior journalist Jyoti Thakur has joined Network18 as Associate Editor for Kadak, the company’s digital platform. Her appointment comes at a time when Kadak is expanding under the leadership of senior journalist and Consulting Editor Shamsher Singh.
Prior to this move, Thakur was leading the gaming vertical in Zee Media’s digital division. Her departure marks the conclusion of her second stint with the network.
With over 16 years of experience in the media industry, Thakur has contributed to the growth of several prominent digital platforms, including Zee Hindustan, Zee Switch, and ABP Uncut. She is also credited with pioneering multiple live-stream formats and building real-time viewership in the lakhs.
