- Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has appointed Bobby Parikh as an Independent Director on its Board, effective December 1, 2025, for a five-year term.
- Parikh is a seasoned business advisor with extensive experience in guiding organizations through significant changes and currently serves on the boards of Infosys, Biocon, and Indostar Capital.
- He is the co-founder of BMR Advisors and has held leadership roles at Ernst & Young India and Arthur Andersen, holding a degree in Commerce and being a qualified Chartered Accountant.
- HUL's Non-Executive Chairman, Nitin Paranjpe, expressed confidence in Parikh's ability to contribute to the company's growth, while Parikh emphasized his commitment to supporting HUL's governance and business practices.
Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced the appointment of Bobby Parikh as an Independent Director on its Board, effective 1st December 2025, for a period of five years.
Parikh is a well-known business advisor with decades of experience helping organisations navigate major changes. He currently advises several large companies and serves on the boards of Infosys, Biocon, and Indostar Capital. Over the years, he has supported both Indian and global companies as they adapted to India’s shifting regulatory and policy environment.
His work includes partnering with private equity firms, institutional investors, and business leaders to build solutions that meet strategic and commercial goals. Parikh is also the co-founder of BMR Advisors, and he previously served as CEO of Ernst & Young India and as the country managing partner at Arthur Andersen.
Parikh holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
