Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Ltd on Tuesday announced a series of major resignations, including that of Managing Director Kailasnath Markand Adhikari. The resignations are effective November 18, 2025. The resignations have taken place due to Change in Management and change in control pursuant to pursuant to the Open Offer triggered under Regulation 3(1) and Regulation 4 of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 (“SEBI SAST Regulations”), according to a company filing with the BSE.
Kailasnath Markand Adhikari has resigned from post of Managing Director of the Company and Ravi Gautam Adhikari has resigned from post of Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Further, Pritesh Rajgor has resigned from the post of Independent Director of Company. Also, Ganesh Prasad Raut has resigned from the post of Independent Director
of the Company.
Further, Umakanth Bhyravajoshyulu has resigned from the post of Independent Director of the company. Latasha Laxman Jadhav has resigned from post of Non-Executive Director of the Company.
According to the filing, there is no material reason for his resignation other than mentioned in his resignation letter.
