DDB’s Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Alex Lubar has stepped down from his role and has joined Fundamentalco as CEO. He shared the news of his new role through a LinkedIn post.
“Very excited to join Jonny Bauer and the immensely talented team at FUNDAMENTALco; a truly unique operation that understands the power of brand-led value creation”, the LinkedIn post read.
In his post, he thanked DDB and its people for making his tenure worthwhile. “Thank you to the unbelievable DDB community across the globe that I had the privilege of leading these last two years. Your creative genius is only outmatched by your collective grace”, he added.
Alex Lubar joined DDB in 2022 as President and COO. Prior to that, he was with McCann Worldgroup for nearly ten years. He was promoted to global CEO in October 2023.
