Gunjan Srivastava has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Mirc Electronics Ltd., the Indian consumer electronics company that owns the Onida brand. He previously served as CEO of BSH UK & Ireland.
Srivastava shared in a LinkedIn post that he spent nearly 12 years at BSH Home Appliances, beginning as CEO of BSH India.
He brings extensive experience in consumer marketing, sales, distribution, business management, strategy, and post-merger integration.
At Mirc Electronics, Srivastava aims to revitalize the Onida brand, and restore the company to its former prominence in India’s TV and audio segments. “With the support of our team, shareholders, and new investors, I am confident we can transform Mirc Electronics and unlock its full potential,” Srivastava said in his post.
Srivastava has previously worked with Sennheiser Electronics India, Philips Electronics India, Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited, among others.
