Goodies Narayanan has shared an update on LinkedIn, announcing that she has joined Bacardi India as Director Marketing – CMO India.
Expressing her excitement, she wrote: “I’m thrilled to start a new chapter with Bacardi India Private Limited as Director Marketing – CMO India. I’ll be leading the Consumer and Customer Marketing teams across a strong portfolio that includes Bacardi, Patrón, Dewar’s, Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, and many more. These brands carry rich legacies and big ambitions.”
Before taking on this role, Narayanan spent almost three years at Coursera, where she most recently worked as Vice President / Head of International Marketing, Revenue, and Growth. Prior to that, she served as Vice President Marketing at Hotstar.
Looking back on her journey, she added: “After amazing years in consumer-tech marketing at Hotstar and Coursera—driving growth, building performance engines, and deepening my love for data-driven marketing—I’m excited to return to what I enjoy most: shaping iconic, culture-led brands.”
She has also held key positions at GSK, Procter & Gamble, Siemens, and other global companies.
