  • Gaurav Jain has resigned as Head of Ad Revenue for Asia Pacific at InMobi Technology after a little over a year in the role.
  • InMobi confirmed his departure and announced that a replacement has already been hired, though details about the successor were not disclosed.
  • Jain joined InMobi in July 2025, focusing on the company's advertising revenue strategy and monetization efforts across its portfolio.
  • His previous experience includes leadership roles at ShareChat, Snap, Meta, Google, NVIDIA, Citi, and Jaypee Capital, contributing to his expertise in driving revenue growth and partnerships in the ad-tech sector.

Gaurav Jain has stepped down as Head of Ad Revenue for Asia Pacific (APAC) at InMobi Technology, ending a little over a year-long stint at the ad-tech company.

Confirming the development, an InMobi spokesperson said, "Gaurav has decided to move on. We have already hired his replacement, who will be joining us soon. We thank Gaurav for his contributions and wish him all the very best for the future."

The company, however, did not disclose the identity of Jain's successor or provide further details on the transition.

Jain had joined InMobi in July 2025 as Senior Vice President and Head of Ad Revenue for APAC, where he was responsible for leading the company's advertising revenue strategy across the region. At the time of his appointment, he was tasked with driving monetization across InMobi's advertising portfolio, including InMobi Exchange, InMobi DSP and Glance AI, while strengthening the company's integrated go-to-market strategy across Asia-Pacific.

Prior to joining InMobi, Jain served as Chief Business Officer at ShareChat and Moj, where he oversaw monetization, partnerships, marketing, pricing strategy and customer success. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Snap, Meta and Google, driving revenue growth, agency partnerships and regional expansion across Asia-Pacific markets. He also worked at NVIDIA, Citi and Jaypee Capital.

His appointment came at a time when InMobi was sharpening its focus on scaling its advertising business amid growing investments in artificial intelligence and commerce-led advertising solutions. The company had said Jain's extensive experience across global technology platforms would help accelerate its advertising business in one of its fastest-growing regions.

Jain's departure comes as InMobi continues to strengthen its advertising leadership and expand its AI-powered advertising capabilities. The company has made a series of senior leadership appointments over the past year while broadening its offerings across ad-tech and consumer platforms.
