GoKwik has appointed Atul Bansal as its Head of Marketing, where he will lead the company’s overall marketing strategy as it expands globally.
Bansal brings more than 15 years of B2B marketing experience across e-commerce, fintech and telecom. In his new position, he will drive GoKwik’s marketing plans across growth, brand and product marketing. His responsibilities include strengthening the GoKwik brand, building scalable go-to-market strategies and developing effective customer engagement programs to support acquisition. He will also focus on data-driven decision-making and cross-team collaboration to fuel business growth.
Commenting on the appointment, Chirag Taneja, Co-founder and CEO of GoKwik, said, “Atul brings deep experience in building and scaling large, complex B2B ecosystems from his time at Amazon. As GoKwik evolves into a globally respected, product-first commerce enabler, his expertise in strategic marketing, GTM planning and data-led growth will be incredibly valuable. Bansal joins GoKwik after nearly seven years at Amazon in multiple senior roles. Most recently, he served as Head of Brand, Marketing and Partnerships for Amazon Global Selling India, leading B2B marketing and managing large budgets to drive seller acquisition through omnichannel initiatives.
Earlier, as Head of Offline Merchants & Marketing at Amazon Pay, he contributed to strong growth through digital self-onboarding and marketing automation. He also served as Head of Ad Solutions and Regional Head, where he introduced new frameworks that significantly supported Gross Merchandise Sales (GMS) growth.
Before Amazon, Atul spent seven years at Airtel, where he received several awards for his performance.
