Allana Consumer Products Ltd. (ACPL), part of the Allana Group, has appointed Manish Bandlish as its Managing Director, effective 1 December 2025.
In this position, Bandlish will lead ACPL’s broad portfolio, which includes pet food, frozen fruits and vegetables, bakery ingredients, byproducts, coffee and several other categories. He will operate from the Allana Centre in Mumbai.
Bandlish brings more than 25 years of experience across manufacturing, retail and the FMCG sector. He has worked closely on consumer insights, brand building and large-scale distribution strategies.
Before joining ACPL, he served as Managing Director at Mother Dairy, guiding the company through a period of transformation and growth. Under his leadership, Mother Dairy continued its shift toward becoming a more agile and innovation-driven consumer organisation.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at JK Foods, Metro Cash and Carry, Subhiksha and Marico.
