Charith Moonesinghe has been appointed as the Marketing Lead for Startups at Stripe in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), as announced via his LinkedIn post.
He transitions to Stripe after over seven years at LinkedIn ANZ, where he served as Head of ANZ Marketing.
In his new role, Moonesinghe will focus on supporting the growth and scaling of startups in the ANZ region.
He expressed enthusiasm for joining Stripe and highlighted the innovative potential of founders in the ANZ market, following his first week in San Francisco.

Charith Moonesinghe has joined Stripe as Marketing Lead for Startups in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Moonesinghe announced his appointment through a LinkedIn post, marking his move to the global financial technology company after more than seven years at LinkedIn ANZ.

In his new role, Moonesinghe will focus on supporting startups across Australia and New Zealand as they grow and scale. Sharing the news, Moonesinghe said he was excited to join Stripe and contribute to its mission of growing the GDP of the internet. Reflecting on his new opportunity, he highlighted the rapid innovation being driven by founders in the ANZ market and said his first week in San Francisco had left him “extremely excited” about the opportunity ahead.
