CarTrade Tech has promoted Gaurav Sirohi to the role of Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Sirohi has been associated with OLX India since 2018 and continued with the organisation after its acquisition by CarTrade Tech. Announcing the development in a post on LinkedIn, Sirohi described his journey with OLX as one of the most defining phases of his career.
Sirohi brings more than 17 years of experience across HR business partnership, employee engagement, talent acquisition, change management and HR technology transformation.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Rays Power Infra Private Limited, euHReka Consulting LLP, BD and Escorts Limited, among others.
