CARS24 has announced the elevation of Manoj Yadav as Chief Business Officer (CBO), India.
In his new role, Manoj will lead CARS24’s overall business strategy and growth roadmap, focusing on driving scalability, profitability, and innovation as the company enters its next phase of expansion.
Speaking about the elevation, Himanshu Ratnoo, CEO – India, CARS24, said, “Manoj has always led with vision and execution. From revitalizing our retail business to building scalable systems, his deep understanding of operations and customer behavior has been exceptional. As Chief Business Officer, his leadership and experience will be central to steering CARS24 through its next chapter of growth.”

Before joining CARS24, Manoj worked with Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance as AVP – Marketing and Head of Digital Alliances & Business Development. He also held a key role at Idea Cellular Ltd in the Deputy Managing Director’s Office – Strategy & Planning, where he led initiatives in retail expansion, business productivity, and infrastructure development.
