- She previously served as Country Director for Vision Care at Johnson & Johnson India.

Bajaj Electricals Limited has appointed Tiny Sengupta as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), effective 29 June 2026. In the role, Tiny will lead the company's marketing function and oversee the integrated marketing strategy and brand positioning for its portfolio brands, Bajaj and Morphy Richards.
Tiny brings over 22 years of experience in marketing across the healthcare and FMCG sectors. She has worked with companies including Johnson & Johnson, Marico, Dabur, Henkel and GSK.
Most recently, Tiny served as Country Director, Vision Care, Johnson & Johnson India.
