Despite the growth in revenue, profit after tax fell to Rs 33.90 crore in FY25 from Rs 44.06 crore in FY24, reflecting a 23 per cent decline. The company had reported a profit before tax of Rs 45.45 crore in FY25 against Rs 65.71 crore in the preceding year, with higher expenses weighing on margins.

In his address to shareholders, Chairman Girish Kulkarni highlighted that the company expanded its media footprint across Chandigarh, Lucknow, Puri, Siliguri and Port Blair in FY25 and now aims to cover 50 more tier-2 cities by FY26. He said these efforts contributed to the 17 per cent year-on-year revenue growth achieved in FY25.

Signpost India also continued to push innovation in programmatic digital OOH and AI-driven ad formats. The company has built an in-house CRM tool, Captura, integrated with smart media planning for real-time asset allocation and campaign management. It has also been investing in hyperlocal programmatic technologies and advanced ROI mapping tools to make OOH more measurable and accountable.

Looking ahead, the company said it would focus on tier-2 and tier-3 markets while maintaining a strong presence in major transit hubs.

Investments will continue in data-driven and AI-led solutions, alongside technology for measuring pedestrian and vehicular engagement around assets. Kulkarni emphasised that Signpost India remains committed to ethical practices, transparent governance, and responsible growth, while seeking to deliver stronger value for shareholders and clients.
