More than 70 speakers to participate in e4m Media Education Summit 2018

The inaugural edition of the Media Education Summit will be held at India International Centre, New Delhi.

The inaugural edition of exchange4media’s Media Education Summit in association with BW BusinessWorld and samachar4media will be held on November 22, at India International Centre.

The inaugural edition will witness the coming together of media stalwarts and academic experts to discuss various issues concerning media education in India today.

With panel discussions on topics as wide-ranging as 'Hiatus between Praxis and Media Education Theory', 'Ethical Challenges in teaching the new forms of journalism', and 'Conflicts between the Fourth and the Fifth Estate', the first of its kind conference on the future of Media and Media Education will serve as a platform to bring the media educators, media owners, editors, journalists and HR heads on one dais for discussing the current status and future prospects, vision and challenges in Media and Media Education in India.  

The Media & Media Education Summit received an overwhelming response in its first year. The jury received over 100 across categories like-- Prof. KM Shrivastav Award, Lifetime Achievement Award (Male), Lifetime Achievement Award (Female), Contribution to Media Education, Visionary Leader in Media Education, Best Media Educator (Professor), Best Media Educator (Associate Professor) and Best Media Educator (Assistant Professor).
