Indrajeet Rai joins IBN7 as Crime Editor

He makes the move from Live India where he held the post of Editor, Investigation and Special Programming

Indrajeet Rai joins IBN7 as Crime Editor

Appointments are being regularly made at Network 18's Hindi news channel IBN7. Most recently, journalist Indrajeet Rai left Live India to start his new innings at IBN7 where he takes over as Crime Editor. He confirmed his appointment when samachar4media contacted him.

Rai has been actively reporting on the crime beat and has experience as a news anchor.

He began his career in Lucknow with a stint at the Dainik Hindustan. He was part of Zee News for over a decade where he held the position of Assistant Editor. Later he joined News Nation and played an active role in the channel's launch. After about a year and a half Rai got associated with News Express as a consultant.

He later took over as Editor, Investigation and Special Programming at Live India. Rai holds a Master's degree in Criminology and Forensic Sciences.
