Ministry of Health and Family Welfare climbed to the top spot of BARC’s Top 10 Brands for Week 50 (December 9-15, 2017) with 14,269 insertions while Videocon D2H slipped to the second spot with 13,401 insertions. HP Racer climbed to the third spot with 10,968 insertions.
Mahindra SUV Range, Harpic10X, Clinic Plus Shampoo and Dettol Toilet Soaps entered the category at the fourth, fifth, ninth and tenth spot with 9793, 8759, 8404 and 7909 insertions, respectively.
Airtel Prepaid Promise and Amazon Prime Video slipped to the seventh and eighth spot with 8705 and 8558 insertions, respectively. Meanwhile, in the Top 10 Advertisers list, FMCG majors Hindustan Lever continued to take the first spot with improved 1,31378 insertions. Reckitt Benckiser and Procter & Gamble interchanged their positions from last week as the former climbed to the second spot with 44,986 impressions while the latter slipped to the third spot with 36,257 insertions.
ITC Ltd entered the category after a brief hiatus at fourth spot with 31,136 insertions. Cadbury India and Amazon Online India retained their fifth and eighth spot with 25,142 and 18,899 insertions, respectively.
Colgate Palmolive India climbed to ninth spot with 18,819 insertions.
Patanjali Ayurved, Brooke Bond Lipton India, and Godrej Consumer Products slipped to the sixth, seventh and tenth spot with 23,888, 23,069 and 18,458 insertions, respectively.
