India Today to continue going to print despite COVID-19 lockdown

India Today has said that it will continue to bring out its issue despite the difficulties posed by the COVID-19 lockdown.

In a tweet, Aroon Purie, Chairman & Editor-in-Chief of the India Today Group, said the publication will continue to bring out analysis as it has been doing 'week after week' for the past 44 years.

The tweet also said that the publication will also bring out an online version of the magazine from this week.

Several publications had to suspend circulation in cities like Mumbai since the 21-day lockdown came into effect.

"The Week has been coming out with the print issues. Last week, The Week was printed from Delhi, Bangalore and Kerala. The coming issue is being printed from Delhi, Mumbai, Bangaluru, Chennai and Kerala," said a spokesperson from the publication.
