Senior journalist Panini Anand has ended his stint at TV9 Network, sources have told e4m’s sister concern Samachar4media. He joined TV9 Bharatvarsh (digital) as a group editor in March last year. In this role, he was handling all the digital work here.
The reason for Anand’s resignation or his next move is not yet known.
Panini Anand was earlier with India Today group. He was executive editor in 'Aaj Tak' (digital). Panini Anand was associated with this group for about seven years. He had joined India Today as deputy editor (digital). Later, he was promoted to the post of executive editor.
Before joining the 'India Today' group, Panini was associated with 'Catch News' as a senior assistant editor. He came here from Rajya Sabha TV. In Rajya Sabha TV, he was the head of the new media department.
Panini Anand, who has been actively involved in journalism for nearly two decades, started his career with BBC. While studying journalism at the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) in Delhi, he used to write for many newspapers including Navbharat Times, Hindustan and Jansatta.
