Founder of Dubai-based restaurant chain Raju Omlet, Rajiv Meherish, passed away on Sunday.
Media networks reported that he had been keeping unwell.
Raju Omlet was launched in 2013 and was popular for its everyday egg dishes.
The brand has seven outlets across Dubai.
Meherish moved to Dubai in 1980, working as a sales executive.
He had worked with organisations like Dubai Duty Free, Dubai Shopping Festival and the Department of Civil Aviation before turning entrepreneur.
