Famous poet, lyricist and writer Irshad Khan Sikandar has passed away. Irshad Khan Sikandar (42 years), a well-known name in Urdu literature, suffered a heart attack at around 6 pm on May 18, due to which he died.
Apart from poetry, Irshad Khan is also known for drama. He has written the last ghazal 'Chand ke Sirhane Laalten'.
Irshad Khan was born on 8 August 1983 in Sant Kabir Nagar, Uttar Pradesh and achieved a unique position in Hindi, Urdu and Bhojpuri. Apart from Shayari and drama, he also wrote songs for many films.
Irshad Khan's death has sent a wave of grief in the literary and theatrical world. All his acquaintances, friends and well-wishers have expressed their grief and paid tribute.
