World Audio Visual & Entertainment Summit (WAVES) is a key forum for promoting discussions, collaboration, and innovation in the M&E industry.

The event will bring together industry leaders, stakeholders and innovators to discuss prospects, challenges, promote global trade and influence the sector’s future.

PM Narendra Modi will be attending the WAVES summit in May. He will also chair a CEOs Summit during that event.

In December 2024, the Prime Minister announced the launch of the World Audio Visual Entertainment (WAVES) Summit, saying that this was a crucial step towards making India a hub of global content creation. He had urged young people working in the creative space to join the summit.

WAVES 2025 will be held from May 1 to May 4 at the Jio Convention Centre in Mumbai.
