Kavita Sagar, Founder and Creative Director at Casa Deccora, has reflected on her transition from the media industry to entrepreneurship, marking three years since she stepped into the furniture manufacturing business.
Sharing the journey on LinkedIn, Sagar said she decided to move away from a nearly 25-year career in media to start a new chapter as an entrepreneur. She wrote, “I chose to step out of my comfort zone and begin again-this time as an entrepreneur in the furniture manufacturing industry.”

Before founding Casa Deccora, Sagar spent four years with IN10 Media Network. She previously served as Vice President at Star India and has also held roles at Sri Adhikari Brothers Group and NDTV.
