Rajiv Dubey dons many hats at Dabur, one of India’s top consumer goods, healthcare and personal care brands. As Vice President, Head of Media and Head of Brand Activations, Dubey has been instrumental in building media strategies for the FMCG giant and growing the brand’s reputation.

Today, Dubey turns a year older, and to mark the occasion, we look into the professional journey of the Dabur top exec.

In his present role, Dubey manages media spending across various platforms and channels, including TV, digital, print, radio, outdoor, consumer and trade activations delivering optimal ROI and growth for the company's diverse portfolio of brands.

In more than three decades, Dabur has helped Dubey hone his skill set and expertise with various roles.

He was entrusted with an expanded role as Vice President at Dabur India recently, where he is now responsible for leading brand activations and experiential marketing initiatives.

Dubey joined Dabur in 1994 as a media manager. He helped set up Adbur, Dabur's in-house agency and dealt directly with big broadcasters like All India Radio, Doordarshan, Zee, Star Network and newspaper groups like Times of India.

He began his career as an ad sales executive with Lokmat in 1992 where he worked for a year.

Later he joined Zee Telefilms where he managed ad sales for the Kolkata region for about a year.

Dubey was also recognized with the Eureka Award for new idea generation and the Employee of the Year award for outstanding performance.

Outside work, Dubey enjoys cycling, running marathons, and climbing stairs. He is a data enthusiast and a fitness lover.]-[[
