Pitch BrandTalk Conference 2019 is all set to get rolling on Friday, 19th July 2019. The event will be held at Leela Ambience, Gurugram and industry leaders have geared up for the event.

This year Pitch BrandTalk Conference 2019, celebrates iconic brands of India with stalwarts of the advertising and marketing industry. Eminent personalities will grace the conference table. The esteemed list of speakers includes Sushant Dash, President, India & Middle East, Tata Global Beverages, Arvind Chintamani, VP - Marketing, Colgate, Sashwat Sharma, CMO, Bharti Airtel Ltd, Nitin Passi, Joint Managing Director, Lotus Herbals Pvt Ltd, among various others.

Industry experts would be presenting their views on various areas related to their respective brands.

We spoke to Sushant Dash, President, India & Middle East, Tata Global Beverages, will be delivering a special talk on “How TATA Tea's 'Jaago re' campaign created brand engagement by keeping human at the center”, about their excitement and expectation from the conference.

How excited are you about the conference?

The marketplace today is equally dynamic for consumers and marketers. It will be a good experience to witness top brands across categories at the award function. I’m looking forward to being there and sharing valuable time and knowledge with my peers.

What are your expectations from the conference?

There are a number of very interesting topics being covered at the Pitch BrandTalk conference, which are relevant to many of the challenges marketing professionals face today. I am sure that it will be a great forum to share learnings and pick up new insights and perspectives from the other participants.

Anything specific that you have decided to speak up at the conference?

Consumers do not just share a transactional equation with brands but an emotional equation. Hence the product, pricing, etc. are hygiene. To create value and increase affinity, consumers need to be at the center of what the brand stands for. Tata Tea has done that very well for more than a decade now through its Jaago Re campaign. However, to ensure that a brand is genuine about its consumers, there are clear Do’s and Don’t’s that marketing professionals must follow.

On Thursday, 4th July, a Jury meet was held at Leela Ambience, Gurugram. This year the Jury was chaired by Vivek Gambhir,  MD & CEO, Godrej Consumer Products.
