e4m CX India Awards 2024: Archana Sinha & Shriti Malhotra bag gold metals

The exchange4media Group hosted the inaugural edition of e4m CX India Awards at a star-studded ceremony in Mumbai on February 3. The awards brought together distinguished leaders, innovators, and changemakers to explore the latest trends, strategies, and technologies shaping the future of customer experience. 

At the spectacular awards ceremony, five women leaders were honoured for their outstanding work, leadership and excellence in customer experience across various industries in India. Their contributions have set new benchmarks in innovation, service quality, and customer satisfaction, inspiring future generations of professionals.

The ‘Women in CX’ honour was awarded to Archana Sinha, Lead, Customer Experience - Home Business, Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited; Shriti Malhotra, Group CEO, Quest Retail Pvt Ltd; Subarna Nandy, Chief Manager, Axis Max Life Insurance, Shivani Kashyap, AGM - Customer Delight, Clovia and Geetanjali Chugh Kothari, Chief Marketing Officer, Future Generali India Life Insurance. While Archana Sinha and Shriti Malhotra won gold, Subarna Nandy, Shivani Kashyap and Geetanjali Chugh Kothari, each took home the silver.

The jury chair of e4m CX India Awards 2024 was Sanjay Khanna, Chief Executive Officer & Country Manager, American Express Banking Corp, India. The other jury members included industry luminaries and experts from the industry.
