At the e4m CX India Awards 2024, Adrian Robertson, Aditya Khemka, Mohit Varshney were honoured with the ‘CX Leader of the Year’ title. The winners took home the coveted honours for their extraordinary leadership and innovation in elevating customer relations in the digital age. While Adrian Robertson and Aditya Khemka took home gold, Mohit Varshney walked away with a silver metal.

The inaugural edition of e4m CX India Awards was held in Mumbai on February 3 in presence of experts, innovators, and industry leaders. At the spectacular awards ceremony, Pristyn Care and HAWK (Gozoop Group) won the ‘CX Team of the Year’ honour.

The ‘Women in CX’ honour was awarded to Archana Sinha, Lead, Customer Experience - Home Business, Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited; Shriti Malhotra, Group CEO, Quest Retail Pvt Ltd; Subarna Nandy, Chief Manager, Axis Max Life Insurance, Shivani Kashyap, AGM - Customer Delight, Clovia and Geetanjali Chugh Kothari, Chief Marketing Officer, Future Generali India Life Insurance.

With CX India Awards, the exchange4media Group aims to celebrate excellence in customer experience across various industries across the country. It serves as a platform to recognize organizations that have demonstrated exceptional commitment and innovation in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The e4m CX India Awards aims to recognise and honour those who are leading the way in redefining customer experience excellence in India. The jury chair of e4m CX India Awards 2024 was Sanjay Khanna, Chief Executive Officer & Country Manager, American Express Banking Corp, India. The other jury members included industry luminaries and experts from the industry.
