BARC Week 39: Dept of Women and Child Development leads Top 10 brands

Mahindra Marazzo and are the other brands which entered the category at second and fifth spot

In the list of BARC Top 10 Brands for Week 39 (September 22-28), Dept of Women and Child Development dominated the category with 15,367 insertions. Mahindra Marazzo also forayed at the second spot with 12,067 insertions. Harpic and Trivago dropped to third and fourth spot with 10,771 and 10,130 insertions respectively. entered the category at fifth spot with 9763 insertions. climbed to sixth spot with 9393 insertions. Meanwhile Wipe slipped to seventh spot with 8541 insertions.
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare climbed to eighth spot with 8335 insertions. Roop Mantra Ayur Face Cream and Santoor Sandal and Turmeric slipped to ninth and tenth spot with 8159 and 8107 insertions respectively.

In the same week, in BARC Top 10 Advertisers list, FMCG brands Hindustan Lever and Reckitt Benckiser continued to lead at the top two spots with 1,41,477 and 70,382 insertions, respectively. ITC Ltd also retained its third spot with 34,532 insertions.

Amazon Online India and Marico climbed up to fourth and fifth spot with 31,955 and 25,994 insertions respectively.

Godrej Consumer Products and Cadburys India slipped to sixth and seventh spot with 24,202 and 24,132 insertions, respectively.

Procter and Gamble India and Smithkline Beecham entered the category at eighth and ninth spot after a brief period with 23,415 and 22,140 insertions respectively.

Berger Paints slipped to tenth spot with 22,066 insertions.
