In the BARC Top 10 Brands for Week 32 (August 4-10), Lizol took the top spot with 16,924 insertions. Santoor Sandal and Turmeric climbed to second spot with 13,916 insertions. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare slipped to third spot with 12,941 insertions. Dettol Liquid Soap and Dettol Cool Soap took the fourth and fifth spots with 12,810 and 11,463 insertions respectively.
Harpic Power Plus/Bathroom Cleaner claimed the sixth spot with 10,734 insertions. Trivago slipped to seventh spot with 10,555 insertions. Dettol Toilet Soaps took the eighth spot with 10,055 insertions. Colgate Dental Cream slipped to ninth spot with 10,055 insertions. Horlicks took the tenth spot with 9282 insertions.
In the same week, in BARC Top 10 Advertisers, FMCG brands Hindustan Lever and Reckitt Benckiser continued to reign with 1,37,938 and 1,12,004 insertions respectively. ITC Ltd took third spot with 54,110 insertions.
Procter & Gamble retained its fourth spot with 36,058 insertions. Cadbury India and Colgate Palmolive India took the fifth and sixth spots with 32,363 and 25, 324 insertions respectively.
Wipro was at the seventh spot with 25,009 insertions. SBS Biotech and Godrej Sara Lee slipped to eighth and ninth spot with 21,643 and 20,910 insertions respectively. Brooke Bond Lipton India took the tenth spot with 20,208 insertions.
