BARC Week 28: Amazon Prime Video and Amazon Prime enter Top 10 Brands
Lizol and Hindustan Lever continue to lead BARC Top 10 Brands and Top 10 Advertisers respectively
At BARC Top 10 Brands for Week 28 (July 7-13), Lizol continued to reign with 16,737 insertions while Trivago climbed to second spot with 11,812 insertions.
Amazon Prime Video entered the category at third spot with 11,705 insertions. Ministry of Health and Family Welfare slipped to fourth spot with 11,069 insertions.
Unsurprisingly, Amazon Prime too entered the category at fifth spot with 10,786 insertions. Harpic 10/10, Colgate Dental Cream were at sixth and seventh spots with 10,303 and 9322 insertions respectively.
Harpic Power Plus/Bathroom Cleaner, Dettol Toilet Soaps and Dettol Liquid Soap slipped to eighth, ninth and tenth spots with 9274, 9125 and 8984 insertions respectively.
In the same week, in BARC Top 10 Advertisers, FMCG brands Hindustan Lever and Reckitt Benckiser continued to reign with 1,46,119 and 1,02,971 insertions respectively. ITC Ltd and Amazon Online India climbed up to third and fourth spots with 41,309 and 36,238 insertions respectively.
Procter & Gamble slipped to fifth spot with 36,181 insertions while Cadburys India and Colgate Palmolive India climbed to sixth and seventh spot with 25,633 and 23,237 insertions respectively.
Brooke Bond Lipton India sipped to eighth spot with 21,947 insertions. Smithkline Beecham entered the category at ninth spot with 21,947 insertions. SBS Biotech slipped to tenth spot with 21,254 insertions.
