Ananya Panday roped in as Fastrack perfume’s brand ambassador
Titan CEO Ravi Kant called the young actress 'a seamless fit' for brand Fastrack
Youth fashion brand Fastrack announced its entry into the perfume category today with the launch of Fastrack Perfumes. During the launch, the company also announced Bollywood actress Ananya Panday as the brand ambassador for the perfumes. The fragrances cater to both the sexes and are primarily targeted at India’s dynamic and stylish youth. The fragrances were launched in the presence of Panday and Manish Gupta, the Chief Operating Officer of the fragrance and accessories division of Titan Company Limited.
The brand Fastrack is a popular brand among the younger audience and has a stylish and spunky brand appeal. Already a force to reckon with in the accessories market, Fastrack has now forayed into the perfumes space.
S Ravi Kant the CEO of Watches and Wearables, Titan Company Limited, explained why Ananya Panday was “a seamless fit” for the perfume brand. “She is a true youth icon and connects closely with Fastrack’s personality, which is trendy, edgy, youthful and vibrant,” said Kant.
The young actress also spoke about being associated with the popular youth brand. “The brand Fastrack is fun and quirky, it has a resonance with my style for being bold, trendy yet very classy. Fastrack perfumes have a signature mark and are super fabulous. I believe fragrances are an important aspect of our everyday grooming and are also a personality identifier. Fastrack has a diverse range of perfumes, which compliments your personality and gives you opportunity to be your true self,” she said.
The COO Manish Gupta also spoke about his vision for the perfume brand: “Youth of today are extremely fashion-forward. Smelling great is a critical part of their grooming requirements thereby perfumes were the next logical extension for Fastrack. Titan Company has always pushed the boundaries in terms of product quality and Fastrack perfumes are no exception. I am sure that Fastrack perfume would soon become the go-to perfume brand for the fashion-forward and trendsetting youth of this nation.”
The collection comprises seven different perfumes – Trance, Beat and Pulse – and each has its men’s and women’s versions. Solo is a unisex offering, in keeping with the concept of gender fluidity. These fragrances have been crafted by renowned perfumers and each is unique to every mood and occasion.
