Jennifer Pandya, Head of Marketing at Škoda Auto India, has been honoured with the CMO Customer Experience Award at the Pitch CMO Awards on Thursday. The award recognises marketing leaders who demonstrate strong leadership in creating impactful customer experiences that strengthen engagement and build lasting brand relationships.
Pandya has been instrumental in translating consumer insights into integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand engagement across multiple touchpoints. With more than two decades of experience across media, digital and e-commerce sectors, she has previously worked with organisations such as The Times of India, Shaadi.com and CaratLane before moving into the automotive category.
At Škoda Auto India, she has focused on elevating brand experience through seamless customer engagement and channel strategies.
Accepting the award, Pandya said, “It’s obviously an honour to get this award and it’s a special year for me because I changed my categories after eight years and moved into the auto category. It was a very nervous beginning, but thanks to the amazing team at Škoda India, our agency partners, mentors and of course my family.”
