Zee Media Corporation Limited has launched a special initiative, ‘Saksham Investor’, aimed at empowering and educating its investors. The campaign, part of the company’s Second 100 Days Campaign, encourages shareholders to convert their physical share holdings into digital form (dematerialisation).

To support this initiative, Zee Media has introduced a dedicated window to simplify the transfer and dematerialisation of physical securities. This facility is available for a limited period to ensure that a greater number of investors can benefit from the process.

According to the company, the initiative has been undertaken in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The company has also published advertisements in newspapers to raise awareness among investors.

The primary objective of the campaign is to make investors more financially aware and encourage them to convert their physical shares into secure digital form.
