Vikatan Group to conduct reader-engagement events across Tamil Nadu
These include automobile workshops, solid waste management training program and investor advisory programs, among others on July 27 and July 28
Spanning across four brands and three cities, the Vikatan Media Group has scheduled a diverse range of events over the coming weekend in Tamil Nadu.
Ranging from an automobile workshop for enthusiasts; to solid waste management training program; to residential welfare association entertainment and engagement activities; to investor advisory programs, these reader-connect events are a bridge between the Vikatan brand, its readers and partner brands.
Vikatan has lined up seven events in completely different genres to be conducted over two days July 27-28. Consistent efforts were put into brainstorming, ideation, planning and execution of all these events simultaneously by Vikatan’s Brand Connect team.
One of these events, Vikatan Fest-eve, a Resident Welfare Association connect activity, is executed with brand partners like Tata Nexon, Honda Two Wheelers, Chekko Oil, Meat and Eat, Mahindra Lifespaces, Nippon Paint while other programs are essentially brand extensions of their diverse magazine portfolio such as Naanayam Vikatan, Pasumai Vikatan and Motor Vikatan.
Vikatan’s Personal Finance and Entrepreneurship Magazine, Naanayam Vikatan, is conducting a paid workshop on Mutual Fund Analysis and a (ICICI) sponsored workshop titled Investment Awareness Programme.
Pasumai Vikatan, a magazine to revitalise Sustainable Living and Agriculture and Organic farming, is conducting a solid waste management Programme in association with ExNoRa International in Chennai.
NS Easwaran, CSO, Vikatan Group, said, “Seven reader engagement events over a weekend is a testament to the capability to the Vikatan Group to conduct multiple paid and sponsored events simultaneously. By curating events in both paid and sponsored format across diverse genres, Vikatan is able to target various sections of the audience both vertically and horizontally. While a smooth execution of these events is a given, we expect to rope in more brands to partner with us for more such events in the future.”
Srinivasan, MD, Vikatan Group, added, “For over 93 years Vikatan has always retained its laser-focus on our readers and their interests. We have always stayed relevant by keenly observing the changing taste spaces of readers and catered to their informational and intellectual needs while educating and entertaining through various reader engagement activities. Executing seven diverse brand events over two days is a herculean task and it speaks volumes about our curational and executional capabilities.”For more updates, be socially connected with us on
