The company stated in a filing to the stock exchanges that this decision was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Both of their new responsibilities are effective July 22, 2026.

Who are Anurita Patel and Mili Shah?

According to the company, Anurita Patel is currently the Head of National Programming. Meanwhile, Mili Shah leads the commercial and administration departments at the company.

Both of them have now been officially given the status of Senior Management Personnel under SEBI listing regulations.
