Music Broadcast names Anurita Patel and Mili Shah as senior management personnel

Music Broadcast Limited, the parent company of Radio City, has strengthened its senior management team by naming Anurita Patel and Mili Shah as Senior Management Personnel. This decision was taken by the company's Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 22, 2026.

The company stated in a filing to the stock exchanges that this decision was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Both of their new responsibilities are effective July 22, 2026.

Who are Anurita Patel and Mili Shah?

According to the company, Anurita Patel is currently the Head of National Programming. Meanwhile, Mili Shah leads the commercial and administration departments at the company.

Both of them have now been officially given the status of Senior Management Personnel under SEBI listing regulations.

No change in terms of employment

The company clarified that this is not a new appointment. Anurita Patel and Mili Shah were already employed with the company as full-time employees. Their designations and identities have been changed, but there are no changes to their job terms, salary, or other service conditions.

Decision taken in board meeting

The board meeting of Music Broadcast Limited began at 2:30 pm and concluded at 4:30 pm on July 22. The meeting approved a proposal to elevate the two executives to senior management status.

The company has sent this information to BSE and National Stock Exchange (NSE) under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
