The board of Sahara One Media and Entertainment Limited held a meeting in Mumbai on 4 April 2026. According to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the board approved key proposals related to the company’s financial matters.
The standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 September 2025 were approved, along with the limited review report, which was presented and accepted by the board.
In the same meeting, the board accepted the resignation of full-time director Rana Zia, who stepped down due to other professional commitments. His resignation is effective from the close of business on 16 October 2025, and he also ceased to be a member of the company’s various committees from the same date.
The company shared this information in compliance with SEBI’s listing regulations, which require listed companies to disclose significant decisions and financial updates publicly.
