Shareholders of New Delhi Television Ltd. (NDTV) have approved all four resolutions placed before them at the company's 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM), including the reappointment of director Senthil Chengalvarayan, according to voting results submitted to the stock exchanges.

The AGM approved the reappointment of Senthil Chengalvarayan as a director liable to retire by rotation. The resolution received around 99.95% of the votes cast.

Commenting on the company's roadmap, NDTV CEO and Editor-in-Chief Rahul Kanwal said the AGM outlined the broadcaster's future strategy centred on digital expansion, innovation and sustainable growth.

"At NDTV's Annual General Meeting (AGM), we shared our forward-looking strategy and future direction. This new beginning is based on trust, digital expansion, and new growth opportunities. Going forward, our focus will remain on credible journalism, innovation, strong digital platforms and sustainable growth," Kanwal said.
