British YouTuber KSI’s India tour focuses on creator collaborations and influencer meet-up

A popular YouTuber from Britain, KSI (Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji) alongside his younger brother Deji Olatunji, arrived in Mumbai on January 7, 2026, for his scheduled four-day tour in the country.

The itinerary is centred around creator collaborations, planned content shoots and a large influencer meet-up scheduled in the national capital. The visit began in Mumbai earlier this week and concludes in Delhi.

The Mumbai leg of tour was focused around filming of Indian edition of KSI’s ‘Try Not To Laugh IRL’, a show that will bring together prominent creators. In this show, the challenge is quite simple, where the contestants will try to make a panel of judges laugh with jokes, performances, or in a situation, in which case, as soon as a judge smiles or laughs, the contestant will win that round. Ahead of his visit KSI shared a poster of this show, which featured him, alongside CarryMinati, Tanmay Bhat, Abhishek Malhan and Samay Raina who are most likely to be associated with the format as part of the judging panel.

In addition to creator collaborations, Mumbai leg of tour also witnessed a crossover moment with sport. On the day of his arrival, KSI met Indian cricketer Shubman Gill. Images shared from the interaction show KSI and Deji with Gill in an indoor cricket setting, including a picture where KSI is seen holding Gill's cricket bat. The meeting brought a global internet creator and one of Indian cricket's most recognizable faces together.

The tour concludes in Delhi on January 10 with what KSI has described on his own social media as “India’s biggest UK influencer meet-up.” The event will be held at Dilli Haat, Pitampura, and will be live-streamed on KSI’s YouTube channel. Indian creators confirmed to be joining the Delhi leg include Abhishek Malhan, Nischay Malhan, Aarush Bhola, Varun Yadav, and Adarsh Kumar, with Mahesh Keshwala.
