Ashish Kumar Sinha has stepped down from his role at Hindi news channel HNN 24x7, ending his brief tenure of around six months with the network. He was overseeing operations from Noida.

Sinha confirmed to Samachar4Media that he has resigned and said he is set to take up a new assignment shortly, though details have not yet been disclosed.

Prior to joining HNN 24x7, Sinha served as Legal Editor and Senior Anchor at India Daily 24x7. He was earlier associated with India News as Senior Editor from 2014 to July 2024, where he also handled anchoring responsibilities.

During his long stint at India News, he additionally managed the digital vertical “Legally Speaking” and contributed legal content across ITV Network’s various platforms, including The Delhi Guardian, Business Guardian, Sunday Guardian (English verticals) and Aaj Samaj (Hindi vertical). He also contributed content to the English news channel NewsX.

Sinha began his career in television journalism in 2008 with A2Z News Channel as a reporter, later working with CNEB News Channel as Special Correspondent. Over the years, he has reported across multiple regions, including North, South, North-East and North-West India.
