ACT Fibernet has elevated Aditya Singh as Chief Customer Experience Officer, January 1, 2026, onwards. In this new role, he will join the company’s Executive Committee (Excom) and spearhead ACT Fibernet’s end-to-end customer experience transformation journey.
Aditya previously served as Senior Vice President - Customer Experience and Loyalty at the group level. As the Chief Customer Experience Officer, he will lead key initiatives focused on delivering consistent, seamless, and superior service experiences to customers across the country.
